Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, habitstogether.com, and purchasing our workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. The Service

HabitsTogether provides an 8-week live online workshop focused on habit formation. The service includes weekly live group sessions, course materials, and access to a private group chat for participants.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

The fee for the workshop is £149. Payment is required in full to reserve your spot. You have a 14-day "cooling-off" period, which starts the day after you purchase the workshop. During this period, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. After the 14-day period has expired, refunds will not be issued, as group sizes are strictly limited. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to defer your enrollment to a future workshop cohort.

4. Participant Conduct

You agree to participate in the workshop in a respectful and constructive manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the confidentiality of other participants, without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of HabitsTogether. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The HabitsTogether workshop is an educational service. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, psychological counseling, or medical advice. The content and guidance provided are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve from participating in the workshop, as individual success depends on personal commitment and effort.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitsTogether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your participation in the workshop.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
